Stir-fried Leek with Pork Belly

Scallion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add the cut belly shreds and stir-fry over high heat.

Add soy sauce and stir fry to evenly color.

Add a tablespoon of water and simmer for 5 minutes with a little cooking wine.

Add the chopped leeks and stir fry quickly.

Add salt and black pepper before serving.
Tips:
Pork belly cleaning is a torturous job. It is recommended to buy half-cooked pork belly processed in the market to cook, otherwise cleaning the pork belly will make you lose your appetite for a day.
