Stir-fried Lettuce with Bacon

Homemade fat and lean pork belly. (You can private me if you need to do it)

Wash the lettuce and red pepper.

Cut into shapes you like.

Put the bacon in the steamer in advance and steam for 20 minutes. Take it out, thinly slice it, and stir-fry in a pot. (small fire)

Stir-fry the oil and serve.

Add red pepper and stir fry.
7.
Add lettuce and stir fry. (Medium fire.)
8.
Stir in a little salt and stir well, then pour in the bacon and continue to stir fry.
9.
Turn off the heat in one minute and cook out.
Tips:
The bacon itself has a salty taste, so it needs to be served to prevent it from being too salty.
