Stir-fried Lettuce with Bacon and Fresh Mushrooms

1. Ingredients: lettuce (peeled), fresh mushrooms.

2. Bacon (cleaned).

3. Wash the lettuce.

4. Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

5. Wash the fresh mushrooms.

6. Slice on the chopping board and set aside.

7. Put the bacon on the chopping board and slice it.

8. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the bacon and stir fry.

9. Then, combine the fresh mushrooms and lettuce and stir fry.

10. Then, add some salt and chicken essence. (With or without chicken essence is voluntary)

11. Stir-fry well and serve.
