Stir-fried Lettuce with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients: lettuce (peeled), bamboo shoot tip (cooked), cherry tomatoes (washed)

Wash the peeled lettuce.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

Put the cooked bamboo shoot tips on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Put the cleaned cherry tomatoes on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add the cut lettuce and bamboo shoot tips, stir fry until the lettuce is broken.

Then, add the sliced cherry tomatoes and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
9.
Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Saute and stir well, serve.
11.
Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
