Stir-fried Lettuce with Garlic

Prepare raw materials;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced garlic and sauté;

Add shredded red pepper and stir fry;
4.
Stir-fry twice and add lettuce to stir-fry;
5.
Add salt to season the lettuce as soon as it is soft, stir-fry evenly, and put it on the plate.

Serve it.
Tips:
1. Saute the garlic first; 2. Stir fry the greens quickly. Just add salt to the lettuce just after it becomes soft. It does not need to be fried for too long to avoid nutrient loss.
