The small roots of garlic packaged in the restaurant are rinsed with water and removed for drying. . .

Mince a small garlic, keeping the head intact. . .
3.
Wash the lettuce, control the water, and pull it into pieces about 1 inch long. . .
4.
Bring corn oil to a boil. . .
5.
Add the lettuce and stir fry. . .
6.
Add a small root of garlic and stir fry, add oyster sauce, and stir fry with a small amount of salt. . .

Tips:
1. Don't chop the small garlic too much, especially the garlic part~ beautiful!
