Stir-fried Lettuce with Mushrooms
1.
Prepare ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, lettuce, oil, salt
2.
Remove old leaves of lettuce, rinse with clean water, put it in a basin, and soak in clean water for 10 minutes. Soaking in clean water can reduce pesticide residues. It is best to soak it with Taomi for better effect.
3.
When cleaning the lettuce, pick off one leaf after another, so that the mud and sand can be cleaned thoroughly. Do not soak the washed lettuce for too long and remove it to drain.
4.
Wash the shiitake mushrooms, remove the stalks, slice them, and choose the thick and large ones. If it is flower mushrooms, even better. Heat up a wok, pour oil over medium and low heat, and stir-fry the mushrooms until the fragrance of the mushrooms comes out.
5.
Change to high heat, put in the cleaned lettuce, stir-fry on high heat, use chopsticks and spatula to turn it over. The bottom of the pot is easy to cook and the surface of the pot does not touch the fire, so stir fry.
6.
Lettuce becomes soft, it means that it is cooked, add salt, and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Those who like to eat MSG and chicken noodles can add some when stir-frying lettuce. My family likes to eat original food, so it doesn't contain MSG, it is crispy and delicious.
Tips:
1. Shiitake mushrooms should be large and thick, so that they are delicious. 2. Choose yellowish, crispy, organic lettuce to taste delicious. Lettuce that is too old is darker in color.
