Stir-fried Lettuce with Mushrooms

Ingredients: lettuce, oyster mushroom, carrot slices, water starch

Peel the leaves of the lettuce and wash it.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Rip the oyster mushrooms and clean them, remove them for later use.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat, add the cut lettuce and carrot slices and stir fry.
