Stir-fried Lettuce with Pork Yan Yuba

Ingredients: lettuce (peeled, cleaned and sliced), yuba (soaked), pork bird

Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut yuba and pork bird and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Boil.

Then, add the lettuce and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of oyster sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
