Stir-fried Lettuce with Sausage

Prepare sausages, lettuce, and sausages washed, lettuce peeled

Cut the lettuce into pieces with a hob, put a little salt to marinate for 10 minutes, and then let the salted water out, marinate in order to keep the lettuce crisp

Slice the sausage, put water in the pot, steam the sausage in the pot for about 20 minutes, take it out for use

Prepare ginger slices, sauté the ginger slices in a hot pan with hot oil

Add a spoonful of fish sauce to taste, stir-fry for one or two minutes (fish sauce can be replaced with light soy sauce or oyster sauce)
