Stir-fried Lily with Celery

Prepare ingredients: celery + lily + red robu (a little color) + ginger, onion and garlic.

Wash celery, peel and cut into small diamond-shaped pieces + wash fresh lily and set aside.

Bring clean water to a boil, add a little salt and oil, pour celery and red lobster into blanching water for 1 minute, then add lily to slightly blanch, remove and drain the water, set aside.

Prepare a small bowl of sauce: salt (a little) + oyster sauce (1 scoop) + chicken essence (a little) + sesame oil (1 scoop) + cornstarch (1 scoop) + water (a little) and mix well, set aside.

Add the ginger, onion and garlic in a hot pan with cold oil and sauté until fragrant. Turn to high heat and pour in the blanched celery and lily and stir-fry. Add the sauce and stir quickly evenly.
6.
Serve out the plate.
