Yesterday, my friend gave a lot of fresh lychees, so I got this fresh and refreshing lychee stewed loofah. The loofah and tomatoes used just happened to be pure organic food delivered by dad. I made a WeChat message today, and a classmate asked if the lychee I had fried tasted strange? I said I thought it was pretty good, but the taste is something different. My kids don't like it very much, so please don't take pictures. If you don't like it, just drift by.

Ingredients

1. Lychee shelled and cored for later use

2. The loofah is peeled and cut into hob blocks, and tomatoes are also cut into hob blocks
