Stir-fried Macaroni with Bean Sprouts

Prepare bean sprouts, macaroni, chives and other ingredients;

Select the bean sprouts, go to the root, the bean shells, wash and drain;

Boil the water, put the macaroni in the pot and cook until it is ripe;

Remove, drain the water, add a little oil and mix well; this kind of macaroni is not only delicious, but also non-sticky.

Pour oil in the hot pan, pour the washed bean sprouts into the pan, and stir-fry for six mature;

Add salt, soy sauce, and chives and stir-fry, and just start the pan. Soy sauce can be added or left as you like.
Tips:
1. The bean sprouts should be fresh and vigorous; 2. The macaroni should be boiled, drained, and mixed with oil. It is not only delicious, but also non-sticky when frying;
