Stir-fried Matsutake

1. Remove the roots of matsutake and wash in clean water

2. Drain the water after washing, and cut the mushrooms in half

3. Add garlic flakes to the oily mushrooms and sauté

4. Add matsutake slices

5. Stir slowly with fire
