Stir-fried Melon Slices with Carrots

Main ingredients: carrot slices, cucumber slices, green onion

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions.

Add carrot slices, stir-fry them and stir well

Add soy sauce
5.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for about 2 minutes

Add cucumber slices
7.
Stir quickly evenly to make cucumber pieces raw
8.
Season with salt, stir-fry and then turn off the heat, take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
To absorb the nutrients of carotene, one is to cook carrots and meat together; or to stir-fry the carrots with oil first.
