Stir-fried Minced Pork with Capers

This is the capers and carrots my mother soaked. When soaking capers, throw a few carrots and soak together, it is also delicious. Capers can also be bought in supermarkets.

Chop the capers, carrots, garlic and dried chilies.

Chop pork belly into minced meat.

Pour in capers and carrots and stir fry for two to three minutes. As long as the meat is cooked, capers and carrots do not need to be fried for long. Taste the saltiness, add the right amount of salt according to your taste, and then mix well and stir-fry a few times.

Tips:
1. Capers and carrots are soaked in salt water, so you must taste the saltiness first, and then add the right amount of salt, otherwise it will be too salty.
2. The meat is fried first. The capers and carrots do not need to be fried for a long time, but they must be fried evenly to ensure that they are all fried in oil to make them delicious.
