Stir-fried Minced Pork with Capers

1. Prepare the required ingredients.

2. Wash the capers first and soak them in warm water to remove the salt. (The capers bought in the market are relatively salty)

3. Add light soy sauce, starch, and cooking wine to the meat, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

4. Cut the capers into 0.5 cm pieces, mince the ginger, garlic, and red chopped pepper.

5. Put oil in the pan, pour in the minced meat when the oil is hot and fry it, then set aside after the minced meat changes color.

6. Put oil in a separate pot, pour minced garlic, ginger, and chopped pepper until fragrant.

7. Add capers and stir fry. (No need to add salt)

8. Pour in the minced meat that has been fried in advance, and stir-fry evenly with the capers.

Tips:

1. Since the capers are pickled, the salt content is relatively high, so it is best to soak them in warm water for a while.
2. The minced meat can be directly minced with meat, or pork can be cut into small diced meats.
3. Stir-fry the capers and minced meat as evenly as possible to make them more delicious.
