Stir-fried Minced Pork with Capers

Wash tamarind beans and chop into pieces;

Wash the pork belly, chop into minced meat, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, cornstarch, mix well and marinate for a while;

Chop red pickled peppers. If you dare to eat ginger and garlic, chop them into fine pieces. Don't cut them if you don't want to eat them

Heat oil in a pot, sauté ginger and garlic first;

Pour in the minced meat, stir-fry quickly on high heat until it becomes loose and discolored;

Finally, add capers and red pickled peppers, stir-fry for about 2 minutes, and you're done!
