Stir-fried Mushrooms with Green Peppers

Wash the mushrooms and slice them for later use.

Peel the onion, wash, cut into small pieces and set aside. Peel garlic and pat loose.

Heat 4 layers in oil, add garlic and onion slices and sauté until fragrant.
