Stir-fried Mushrooms with Mixed Vegetables

Wash the mushrooms with light salt water, drain the water, change the knife, cut the carrots into small pieces, and cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

Warm oil in a pan, add carrots, and stir fry.

Add mushrooms and continue to stir fry.
