Dry Stir-fried Niuhe is a special delicacy in Guangdong. Niuhe is the beef pho. The pho is made by washing the rice and grinding it into powder, then adding water and steaming it. Stir-fried Niuhe

1. Prepare the ingredients, remove the roots of the bean sprouts, shred the onion and red pepper, and cut the leeks and garlic into sections.

Tips:

You need to add more oil to stir-fry the pho and stir fry quickly on high heat.
It is best to fry in a non-stick pan, which will not stick to the pan.
Stir-fry the pho with chopsticks. It is not easy to break.
