Stir-fried Niuhe
1.
Chop the red pepper and green onion, and break the lettuce. (Friends who don’t like spicy food don’t need to prepare chili)
2.
Wash the bean sprouts and shred the carrots.
3.
Slice beef, add cornstarch, soy sauce, and oil, and stir well.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add carrot shreds and bean sprouts, add a little salt, stir fry until 80% cooked, and then set aside for later use.
5.
Put oil in the pot, add chili and saute (do not eat spicy, remove this step), add beef and stir-fry until cooked, add pho, then add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce.
6.
Put in the bean sprouts, carrots and lettuce (de-oil the lettuce, otherwise it will be greasy). After the lettuce is cooked, add the chopped green onion, and then stir-fry for a few times before serving.
Tips:
The whole process should be as fast as possible, otherwise the beef tends to grow old.
