1. Chop the red pepper and green onion, and break the lettuce. (Friends who don’t like spicy food don’t need to prepare chili)

2. Wash the bean sprouts and shred the carrots.

3. Slice beef, add cornstarch, soy sauce, and oil, and stir well.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add carrot shreds and bean sprouts, add a little salt, stir fry until 80% cooked, and then set aside for later use.
