Stir-fried Niuhe
1.
Cut the accessories and prepare them as you like.
2.
Cut the tender beef into large pieces, add some cornstarch and mix well. Season the light soy sauce and dark soy sauce with a little oil at the end.
3.
Heat the pan and cool the pan, pour out the excess oil (or turn the pan to lubricate with a little oil, so that the fried meat will not stick to the pan), then add an appropriate amount of oil to heat, add the beef and stir fry for a while and remove it.
4.
Saute the scallions, ginger and other spices with the base oil, add the pho and stir fry quickly, otherwise the pho will stick together. Reduce heat to season.
5.
Add the celery, green onions, and stir-fry the beef for a while and it will be out of the pot. As the pho is a little bit clumpy, everyone can make it in one go.
6.
Really good 👍
