Prepare the materials

Marinate the beef with salt, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper and starch for 15 minutes

Tips:
1. The amount of oil used for stir-fried rice noodles is slightly more than usual
2. Be quicker when you stir fry rice noodles to prevent the noodles from sticking to the pan
