A simple stir-fry, a plate of soy-flavored fried noodles is endless aftertaste.

Stir-fried Noodles with Mixed Sauce

1. Prepare a pot of clean water. After boiling, cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain with cold water and set aside.

2. Add a little vegetable oil to the pan, add chopped green onion, carrot shreds, shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.

3. Then add the noodles and drizzle with a little extra-grade soy sauce.

4. Pour in Beijing Street Fried Sauce and stir-fry briefly.

5. Pour the luncheon meat into the pot and stir-fry well.

6. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve on a plate.

Tips:

It is best to use silicone clips to grab and mix during the stir-frying process to prevent the noodles from being broken.
