Stir-fried Octopus

Cut the octopus into sections, add a little salt, cooking wine, and pepper to marinate for about 20 minutes.

Cut dried red pepper and chives into sections, and slice ginger and garlic.

Pat a little dry starch on both sides of the hairtail.

Fry in a pan over medium heat until golden and ripe on both sides, then set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add dried red pepper, peppercorns, ginger, garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.
