Stir-fried Onions

One red onion remove the skin and wash

Cut into hob blocks

Put olive oil in the pan, heat the pan with cold oil, add onions and stir fry over high heat

When the onions are sautéed, add a tablespoon of shiitake mushroom sauce and stir well

Put in a little light soy sauce and stir-fry, then it can be out of the pan
Tips:
The onion itself can be eaten raw, you don’t have to fry it too badly, the mushroom sauce itself has a taste, soy sauce can be added according to your own taste
