Stir-fried Oyster Mushroom with Lettuce

Prepare materials.

Peel the lettuce and slice it.

After peeling the garlic, pat the garlic and cut it for a few times.

Add lard to the pot.

Add garlic diced and saute until fragrant.

Then pour in the lettuce slices and stir fry until slightly soft.
