Stir-fried Peppers with Watermelon Peel
1.
Scrap the red flesh of the watermelon rind with a spoon and rinse with water
2.
Use a peeler to scrape off the green clothes
3.
Tilt the knife at a 30-degree angle to make the watermelon rind wider. If you don’t want a wide slice, just cut it upright.
4.
Cut watermelon slices into thin slices
5.
Clean one hot pepper
6.
Remove the stems and seeds, and cut into thick strips. If you don’t mind the image, you can leave the seeds alone, and stir-fry with seeds will give you a sharp pepper flavor.
7.
Pour a little oil in the wok, after the oil is warm, pour in the peppers and stir fry a few times
8.
After the hot peppers are evenly heated, pour the watermelon slices into the pot and stir fry over high heat
9.
Add salt according to taste
10.
Stir-fry evenly, out of the pan
11.
Do it together
12.
Very refreshing
Tips:
Not all watermelon rinds are delicious. Choose the ones with more water and crispy texture. Watermelon rinds are high in sugar, so the taste will be slightly sour after frying. You can add some spicy to enrich it. Taste: Soy sauce can be increased according to taste requirements. I personally know that the watermelon rind after adding soy sauce has the taste of braised winter melon.
