Stir-fried Pickles with Bacon

Get to know the jars of pickled vegetables in Nanjing. If there is no jar of pickles, you can use potherb or sauerkraut instead

Chopped pickles, cut bacon into small strips (㊙️do not shred), cut millet peppers into circles

Prepare condiments and millet pepper

Tips:
There is no salt added to this dish, because the pickles and bacon themselves are pickles. According to the saltiness of the homemade bacon and the saltiness of the pickles, if they are very salty, soak them in cold water for 2 hours, clean and control the water before cooking.
