Stir-fried Pleurotus Eryngii with Coriander

The required ingredients.

Wash the eryngii mushrooms, shred them, and blanch them in boiling water; wash the coriander and cut into sections for later use.

Prepare the seasoning.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pan, add shredded green onion and shredded ginger and stir fry until fragrant. Add pleurotus eryngii and stir-fry for a while. Add June fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken essence, and stir-fry evenly.

Before serving, sprinkle in coriander and serve.
Tips:
This dish is savoury and fresh. Only June fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken essence are enough, no need to add salt.
