Stir-fried Pork Belly with Bean Sprouts

Cut the ginger into slices. I chose tender ginger, sliced pork belly, sliced garlic and set aside.

Wash the bean sprouts and drain the water for later use.

Heat in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry pork belly and garlic over high heat.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry with tender ginger
5.
Pour in bean sprouts and stir-fry for a few minutes
6.
Add a spoonful of salt and stir-fry on high heat.
7.
Serving plate, finished picture. Lunch today.
