I have bought this kind of beans before. They are all soaked in the market. They don’t feel very clean. I don’t know what they are soaked in. So I bought them dry this time, soak them at home, and use them to stir-fry meat. The children like to eat them. The pork belly is fragrant, try it if you like it.

Stir-fried Pork Belly with Beans

1. Ready dried beans

2. Add blisters

3. Clean the soaked beans

4. Prepare pork belly

5. Pot with water

6. Put the beans

7. Add the washed pork belly and cook

8. Remove the pork belly, let cool and slice

9. Beans cooked and fished out

10. Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly

11. Add some soy sauce and cooking wine

12. Add some bean paste and ginger garlic

13. Stir fry for oil

14. Add beans

15. With salt

Tips:
