Seafood Fried Rice with Shacha Sauce

Wash the shrimp, peel off the shell and remove the shrimp line, take the shrimp and set aside

The cuttlefish are cleaned, blanched to remove the fishy smell and set aside

Peel and dice carrots, stir fry with a little oil and peas and corn

Add shrimp and stir fry until curled and change color, then add cuttlefish and stir-fry well, set aside

Fill the pot with some oil, add rice and stir-fry until dry, add the shacha sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry, color the base

Add the prepared side dishes and stir well, add salt and sugar to taste
