Stir-fried Pork Belly with Beijing Onion

1. This kind of fat and white pork belly is the most fragrant.

2. Cut into thin slices. (If it is not easy to cut, you can freeze it in the refrigerator before cutting, it will be easier)

4. Wash the green onions.

5. Washed green and red peppers.
