Stir-fried Pork Belly with Lettuce

Chop garlic, cut red pepper into small pieces, cut pork belly into small cubes, use cornstarch, salt, light soy sauce, and marinate for preparation.

Peel and stalk the nest bamboo shoots and cut into small pieces for later use.

Heat up the frying pan until it is ripe, add corn oil, and stir-fry the pork belly.

Pour in the red and green peppers and continue to stir-fry until the aroma is achieved.

Pour the lettuce over high heat and continue to stir-fry until soft.
