Stir-fried Pork Belly with Mushrooms

Scrape off the coat, pork belly, and green pepper with fresh Citrus.

Cut the Shiitake mushrooms, slice the pork belly, and chop the garlic into mince.

Heat oil from the pan, add pork belly slices

Add minced garlic after sautéing.

Then put in the mushrooms.

Add salt and stir fry for aroma, if it is too dry, add some water to stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer until cooked, about 10 minutes.

After opening the lid, add the green pepper and oyster sauce.

Stir-fry evenly.

Finished product. The fragrant powdered citrus mushrooms have a great appetite!
