Stir-fried Pork Belly with Spicy Cabbage

Thinly sliced pork belly;

Cut spicy cabbage into large slices;

Start the wok without adding oil, add pork belly slices after overheating, and stir-fry slowly over low heat;

Tips:
1. This dish is better than pork belly soaked in the taste of spicy cabbage, which is fat but not greasy; spicy cabbage absorbs the fat of pork belly, the flavor is more mellow and rich, and the taste of spicy cabbage after being stir-fried is still very crisp.
