Stir-fried Pork Ears with Celery

Pork ears are cooked in a pot under cold water.

Shred and set aside.
3.
Set aside the chilli and ginger.
4.
Stir-fry chili, ginger, garlic with hot oil in a pan.
5.
Add pork ears, stir fry evenly, add proper amount of lees.
6.
Add soy sauce and salt.
7.
Add the celery and green pepper segments and stir fry evenly.
8.
Plate.
