Stir-fried Pork Ears with Garlic Moss

Wash the ingredients and cut into sections for later use, and slice cooked pig ears.

Stir-fry garlic moss and chili with hot oil in a pan.

When the garlic moss is discolored, add pork ears and stir fry.

Add salt light soy sauce and garlic sauce and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add a little water and stir fry to taste.

Plate.
