Stir-fried Pork Ears with Green Peppers

Prepare the aniseed for braised pig ears: star anise, cinnamon, fennel, bay leaves, pepper, etc.;

Treat the clean pig ears in a cold water pot, add seasoning steel balls, ginger slices, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, salt, etc.;

Bring to a high heat, turn to low heat, and cook for forty minutes;

Cut the marinated pig ears into small strips, and prepare the green and red pepper shreds and crushed garlic cloves;

Tips:
1. Prepare the marinated aniseed, put it in a steel ball, boil the pig's ears under cold water, add ginger slices, soy sauce and cooking wine and boil for 40 minutes;
2. The boiled pig ears should be soaked for one or two hours to make it more delicious;
3. Cut the pig's ears into long strips, prepare some green and red pepper shreds and garlic cloves, stir-fry them in oil and add salt to taste.
