Stir-fried Pork Ears with Green Peppers

1. Prepare the aniseed for braised pig ears: star anise, cinnamon, fennel, bay leaves, pepper, etc.;

2. Put the small anise into the seasoning steel ball;

3. Treat the clean pig ears in a cold water pot, add seasoning steel balls, ginger slices, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, salt, etc.;

4. Bring to a high heat, turn to low heat, and cook for forty minutes;

5. Cut the marinated pig ears into small strips, and prepare the green and red pepper shreds and crushed garlic cloves;

6. Heat a little oil in a pot, add green and red pepper shreds and garlic cloves and stir fry;

Tips:
