Stir-fried Pork Heart

1. Clean the pig's heart with clean water and cut into thin slices! Add cold water to the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine to boil! Rinse with cold water and drain.

2. Put a little more oil in the pot, add sliced ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add onion, chili and green onion to fry it out! Add the pig heart to the high heat and stir fry for a minute.

3. Add cooking wine.

4. Add soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:

1. Thinly slice the pig's heart and stir-fry it in a minute! The more you fry, the older you will get, so be sure to cut it thinner!
2. I am not good at taking pictures, really...Although the pictures are ugly...but they are really delicious...onions are also very fragrant! Be sure to add onions! The meat is slightly chewy, especially delicious!
