Stir-fried Pork Heart with Green Pepper

Cut green peppers into circles, slice carrots, put oil in a hot pan, pour green peppers and carrots and stir fry

Add salt and continue to stir fry, the salt will soften the water out of the pepper and make it more delicious

Add pork heart and stir fry evenly
