Stir-fried Pork Intestine

Choose a clean and thick large intestine, wash it with clean water first, scrub twice with starch, then rub the inside with salt and wash it thoroughly.

Prepare the ingredients bell peppers and carrots

Wash the large intestine and cut into triangular slices

Put the cut large intestine into a colander to drain the water, then add chicken essence, starch and mix for later use

Slice radish, cut green pepper into small pieces and set aside

Saute green onion, ginger and garlic in a frying pan

Add the carrots and green peppers and stir fry until they are cut off, put a proper amount of salt, stir-fry and turn the plate for later use

Heat in another frying pan, put the pig intestines in the pan, quickly cut open, pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper and stir fry

See that the pig intestine has been cut off, add the carrots and green peppers that have been fried, add appropriate amount of chicken broth and stir-fry them to serve.
Tips:
The large intestine needs to be cleaned with starch and salt to avoid any peculiar smell; the large intestine should be fried in high heat, and the time should not be too long. After a long time, it will not be crispy and tasteless.
