Stir-fried Pork Intestines

Put the fatty intestines, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, bay leaves, green onions, grass fruit, soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt into the pressure cooker and add water

Simmer in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes

Cut the stewed fat intestines to remove the fat inside

Prepared intestines for use

Stir-fry minced ginger garlic, green pepper and onion in hot oil

Add a pinch of salt

Stir fry with the fat intestines

Pour in a little cooking wine
9.
Add soy sauce
10.
Pour in the sesame oil and stir-fry, then it can be out of the pan
Tips:
1. The fat in the fat intestines can be turned over and removed. I am lazy and cut it directly.
2. The salt is already added when the sausage is cooked, so you can put a little bit less salt when frying the seasoning.
3. Fatty intestines are not easy to be marinated too long, otherwise they will not chew
