Stir-fried Pork Liver

Prepare the ingredients used.

Cut the frozen pork liver into thin slices.

Repeat soaking until clean.

Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the pork belly until the oil comes out.

Stir-fry until it looks like the picture, and add a little salt to taste.

Then put the cut and washed pork liver into the pot, stir-fry mode, and count to 30 seconds while frying. After frying, take out the pan for later use.

Wash the pot and add a little oil, stir-fry the garlic sprouts, garlic, and chili.

Return the fried pork belly and pork liver to the pot.

Add the pre-mixed soy sauce and cooking wine.

Tips:
Pork liver is marinated with starch according to personal preference.
Pork liver frying time is not easy to be too long. When frying, you can silently recite for about 30 seconds.
