Stir-fried Pork Liver with Green Red Pepper

1. Cut the pork liver into thin slices, tenderize it with papaya enzyme, wash it, add a small amount of baking soda, beer, salt, chicken essence, egg white, mousse powder, and oil for preparation.

2. Cut green and red peppers into small pieces, shred red peppers and ginger, cut green onions into sections, and chop garlic.
