Stir-fried Pork Lung with Leek Sprouts

Ingredients: Leek sprouts.

Cooked pork lung (sliced).
3.
Wash and remove the leek sprouts.
4.
Cut into sections on the chopping board.
5.
Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the leek sprouts and stir fry.
6.
Then, add cooked pork lungs and stir fry, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
7.
Stir-fry well and serve.
