Stir-fried Pork Shreds with Leek and Bean Sprouts

Wash the bean sprouts and cut the leek into sections.

Prepare a piece of pork, preferably the rib part, which is more crisp.

Shred pork, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, oil, cornstarch and marinate for 30 minutes to taste.

Stir-fry with oil in a hot pan and quickly serve.

The bean sprouts and chives are quickly stir-fried and seasoned with pork. The bean sprouts and chives should not be fried for too long, so that the bean sprouts will be crispy.
