Stir-fried Pork with Beans

Take an appropriate amount of garlic and put it in a frying pan

Add the pork belly to the frying pan, fry the lard and pour into the bean paste
3.
Light soy sauce + cornstarch + water, stir well and set aside
4.
Pour water into the pot and stir fry to avoid sticking to the pot
5.
Add appropriate amount of chili and rock sugar
6.
Add half a bowl of water, half the height of the bean soaking
7.
Put the lid on and simmer on medium heat for about 8 minutes
8.
Open the lid and stir fry, then add the appropriate amount of green onions and salt
9.
After stir-frying evenly, out of the pan
Tips:
1. Pork belly is the first choice, lean meat is not recommended, because it has a bad taste after cooking for a long time;
2. Rock sugar only plays a role in flavoring, no need to add more;
3. Light soy sauce has been added during the cooking process, but salt is not added;
4. Before braising, make sure to add enough water, usually to half the height of the bean bubble (if it is slightly burnt, you can add a little hot water to remedy it)
